1. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Wrong / Faulty Products)
We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify:
• You must request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos or video showing the issue.
• The product must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories/manuals.
Once the returned item is inspected and the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
• The product is damaged/defective and replacement is not possible.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The item is out of stock after order placement.
Refunds will be processed after the item is returned and inspected.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• “Change of mind” requests
• Wrong size or color chosen by customer
• Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories
4. Conditions for a Valid Return
To complete your return, the item must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all parts, accessories, tags, and packaging

١. سياسة الاستبدال (للمنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة أو المعيبة)
نقدم خدمة الاستبدال المجاني للمنتجات التي تصل تالفـة أو معيبة أو غير مطابقة للطلب.
للاستبدال يجب:
• تقديم طلب خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام.
• إرسال صور أو فيديو يوضح المشكلة.
• إعادة المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي مع جميع الملحقات.
بعد فحص المنتج والتأكد من المشكلة، سيتم إرسال بديل مجانًا.
٢. سياسة استرداد الأموال
يتم استرداد الأموال في الحالات التالية فقط:
• المنتج تالف أو معيب ولا يمكن استبداله.
• تم تسليم منتج غير صحيح.
• المنتج غير متوفر بعد تأكيد الطلب.
يتم استرجاع المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.

• لغير ذلك: يتحمل العميل رسوم الإرجاع (إن وُجد)
٧. إلغاء الطلب
يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن فقط.
